Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposits All online bookings require a small deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit helps us manage our schedule and ensures your spot is reserved just for you. The remaining balance must be paid in-store prior to your service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit. Rescheduling your appointment within this timeframe is easy and free of charge. Simply contact us, and we'll find a new time that works for you. Late Arrivals and No-Shows If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients' appointments. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
