Red Light Therapy is also referred to as Low-Level Light Therapy or Photobiomodulation (PBM). It utilises red and/ or infrared light to improve unwanted conditions within the body. When red light therapy is provided within close range of the body, it can actually treat the source of pain. Whereas drugs can mask and cover up pain by interfering with the body's chemical signals. HOW DOES RED LIGHT THERAPY WORK? Red light is primarily absorbed by your skin, leading to increased cellular and collagen production resulting in optimal skin health. Infrared light penetrated deeper within your body to enhance muscle recovery and reduce joint pain. Red light therapy has been clinically proven to enhance skin health, wound healing, muscle recovery, athletic performance, mental clarity, relaxation, and sleep while reducing joint and body pain. HOW OFTEN CAN I USE RED LIGHT THERAPY? Red light therapy is non-invasive, has no downtime, and can be used every day. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment without providing prior notice ("no-show") may result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service. Reschedule: We strive to provide flexibility to our clients in rescheduling their appointments. Here's our rescheduling policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments at any time, subject to availability. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request that you notify us of any desired rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be accommodated based on availability.
