Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment without providing prior notice ("no-show") may result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service. Reschedule: We strive to provide flexibility to our clients in rescheduling their appointments. Here's our rescheduling policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments at any time, subject to availability. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request that you notify us of any desired rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be accommodated based on availability.
